  • stuffing
  • ground beef - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • cumin
  • tomato sauce - 6 tbsp.
  • butter
  • garlic - for spreading
  • cheddar - for sprinkling

How to make

The bread buns themselves are store bought, but you can make them yourself.

Bake them lightly in an oven at 430°F (220°C) and take them out.

Carve them out and spread them with melted butter and garlic.

Bake them for 5 minutes and add the stuffing. Sprinkle them with cheddar on top and bake the stuffed bread buns for another 5 minutes.

The cheddar bread buns turn out superb and juicy.
