How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast with a little lukewarm water and add the salt and sugar. Stir and let it rise.
Pour the finished mixture into the flour, beat the eggs and add the oil and one tablespoon from the linseed and sesame seeds.
Add lukewarm water and knead a smooth dough. Let the dough rise.
Divide the finished dough into 6-7 balls. Form the balls and arrange them in a tray with a greased bottom.
Make slits on top, without reaching the end, spread with egg yolk beaten with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and linseed.
Let the small bread buns rise. If you are using a convection oven, you can turn it on low heat with the fan on and let the bread buns rise.
Gradually increase the temperature and bake the bread buns until done.
