How to make
The yogurt and egg should be left at room temperature for 60 minutes in advance.
Pour the yogurt, egg yolk and baking soda into a bowl and stir, until a frothy mixture is obtained.
Add the melted butter (but not hot), the crumbled cheese, salt and stir.
Start adding the sifted flour in portions and mix, until you get a thick and sticky dough.
Turn the oven on to 360°F (180 degrees) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Grease your hands with oil, form balls as big as an egg from the dough and arrange them in the baking tray.
Spread the small bread buns with the beaten egg white and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake them for about 30 minutes, until they aquire a golden brown color.
