Ingredients

  • beans - 0.9 lb (400 g) white, canned
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup
  • parmesan - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
  • salt (optional)
  • black pepper - by taste
  • spring onions - for decoration

How to make

Put all of the ingredients for the meal in a blender and blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Season the bean puree according to your taste and add a little more lemon juice, if you think you need to.

Serve the white bean and parmesan spread at room temperature on bread, baguette or toast.

Feel free to use whatever white beans you prefer.
