How to make
The beans are boiled and strained from the water.
Place them in a blender, add the peeled garlic cloves and the basil bunch. Pour the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil.
Finally, add the pumpkin seeds, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
All products are blended with a blender until a thick pesto is obtained.
The White Bean Pesto is ready.
