  • beans - 7 oz (200 g) boiled
  • egg whites - 2 large eggs
  • flour - 1.2 oz (30 - 35 g)
  • butter - 2.6 oz (75 g)

How to make

Let the oven heat up to 360°F (180°C).

Put all the products listed for the recipe in a blender and let them grind. As it is possible for the mixture to layer on the sides of the device and for pieces to remain, push them to the blades and blend again for about 30 seconds.

When a smooth mixture is obtained, scoop it out with a spoon and spread thin circles on a tray covered with baking paper. Leave some space between them.

Bake the chips for 18-20 minutes or until the bean chips aquire a golden brown color.
