How to make
To make these chips you need a dryer/dehydrator for fruit and vegetables. You will determine the amount of zucchini according to the size of the dryer you have.
Cut the zucchini into 0.1-0.15″ (2-3 millimeter) thick slices. If you make them thicker and some very thin, it won't matter, don't worry.
Arrange them in the dehydrator baskets as close to each other as possible and add a little salt.
Dry them for 10 hours at 160°F (70°C), by stirring them 2-3 times to dry all of the zucchini evenly.
Now you have very tasty vegetable chips!
