Ingredients

  • beans - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mayonnaise - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onion - 1 onion
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The beans are boiled and strained. Blend them and add mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, salt, black pepper and everything is blended.

Cut the onion into slices and fry them. Add the vinegar and after half a minute remove it from the heat.

Serve by placing the hummus in a plate, forming a well in the middle and placing the fried onion in it.
