  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • black pepper - 2 pinches

measures

How to make

Sift the flour into the bowl with the salt and baking powder. Mix with the oregano and black pepper.

Add the margarine in pieces - cold from the refrigerator. Knead well with your fingers and pour the water - also cold.

Finely chop the spring onions and add them to everything else. Knead a smooth dough, by only working with it only for a short time, enough to combine the ingredients well. Don't knead for a long time, so that it does not become too tough.

If it does happen, leave it aside to relax before moving on.

Roll out the dough into a lightly floured worktop into a thin crust and cut out the biscuits with molds of your choice.

Arrange the savory biscuits in two trays covered with baking paper and bake them for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).

Keep an eye on them and when they turn aquire an appetizing color, you'll know that they are ready.

Enjoy them at any time or have them with your favorite vegetable spreads.

The lean savory biscuits are ready.
