  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • frozen green beans - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 2 - 3 onions
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • universal spice - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into large cubes. Peel an onion and finely chop it. Wash the green beans with warm water.

Stew the chopped onion in oil and a little water. When it remains in fat, add the frozen green beans and potatoes in order. Sprinkle with black pepper, smoked paprika (1 tsp.) and universal spice (1 tbsp. or by taste). Add flour (1 tbsp.), stir and pour warm water (6-8 cups).

Boil the stew until it's ready. If necessary, you can thicken it with a little more flour or dilute it with warm water.

Serve the dish warm.
