Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • flour - 8.8 oz (250 g) + for sprinkling on the worktop and kneading
  • fresh yeast - 0.4 oz (10 g)
  • water - 4.7 fl oz (140 ml)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 level top tsp.
  • Topping
  • barbecue sauce - 6 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce - 5 tbsp.
  • mozzarella - 5.3 oz (150 g) aged
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc. (150 g)
  • minced meat mixture - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • bacon - 4 - 5 slices
  • onions - a few slices (optional)

How to make

Sift the flour into a bowl and crush the yeast, add water, olive oil and salt. Knead a smooth dough and leave it to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Roll out the risen dough into a thin crust onto baking paper. You can make one big pizza or two or more smaller ones.

Cook the chicken fillet on a lightly greased pan briefly on both sides and then cut it into small pieces.

Cut the bacon into strips or squares (whatever you like).

Spread the pizza with tomato sauce and barbecue sauce. Sprinkle it with grated mozzarella and distribute the chicken and minced meat on it - into crumbs. Finish it off with bacon and thin slices of onion, if you like.

Bake the pizza at 370°F (190 degrees) in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until you think it's done.
