How to make
Melt the butter along with the olive oil in a pan.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and set it aside.
Put the Brussels sprouts in the pan and fry them on a high heat until they aquire a golden brown color.
Add garlic, cayenne pepper and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the wine and after a few minutes close with a lid and leave them to simmer.
Open it up and if the liquid has evaporated, turn off the stove and pull the Brussels sprouts away from the heat.
Serve the stewed Brussels sprouts for garnish immediately, while they're still hot.
