How to make
Peel the potatoes and boil them along with 1 tsp. of salt. Then strain them from the excess water.
While they're still hot, add the butter and mash them with a fork. Immediately after that, the yellow cheese is added.
Again, with the help of a fork, mash until the yellow cheese melts. The milk is added little by little and gradually. Then make sure to blend the mixture.
If necessary, add more milk to the puree.
The mashed potatoes are ready.
