How to cook
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Put them to boil in lightly salted water. The ready potatoes are drained and pureed with hot milk, salt and butter.
The prepared paste is placed in a sealed dish. Serve with grated feta, or cheese, garnished with dill. Mashed potatoes can be a side dish to a variety of roasted meats, fish, rice, vegetables and more.
