How to make
Boil the rice in 5 cups of boiling salted water. Drain it and let it cool. Chop the onion, chop the salami and ham finely and fry them in oil.
Whisk the egg and add it to the sausages, stirring constantly. Top the rice with a little soya sauce and leave the dish on low heat until it begins to simmer.
Serve as is or as a side dish to poultry.
