How to make
Sift the dry ingredients together. Beat the egg, sugar, milk and oil and place them in the middle of the flour mixture in a bowl.
Prepare a banana puree, by mashing the bananas well and adding them to the flour mixture. Stir the mixture very gently until the flour gets absorbed but do not beat it! Pour it into custard cups coated with oil.
Each cup gets no more than 1 tablespoon because the dough inflates significantly during baking. Bake for 35 minutes at 370°F (190 °C).
Serve the fritters warm with butter and honey.
