How to make
Beat the eggs well and successively add the yoghurt with the dissolved baking soda, flour, salt, sugar and whip constantly. Top with cold water and continue to beat until it begins to release bubbles.
Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Tear off parts of it and make small fritters. Fry them in preheated oil. While still hot, sprinkle granny’s fritters with powdered sugar.
