How to make
Stir the eggs with the yoghurt and sugar. Separately, sift the flour. Sprinkle the baking soda on. Combine the flour with the mixture and stir with a wooden spoon.
Wet the spoon and separate the dough into balls, then put them in preheated oil. Fry on both sides until browned. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or soaked in syrup.
If you want them to be sweeter, you can add more sugar.
