How to make
Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Put it in a pot with olive oil for 3-4 minutes until it aquires a golden color. It is important not to burn it.
Add the paprika, stir and cook on low heat, so that it doesn't burn. Add the broth. Season with black pepper, salt and cumin. Add parsley and cook the appetizing garlic soup for 20 minutes.
Crack the eggs straight into the pot, one after the other and stir until it lumps up. Grate half of the cheese. Grate the other part on a slice of bread and bake it in the oven.
Serve the aromatic soup by adding a slice of yellow cheese to each portion.
