  • chicken broth - 8 cups (2 liters)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • coriander - 1 tsp.
  • tortillas - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • hot peppers - 4 pcs.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

The meat along with the chopped peppers is boiled in the broth with the oregano, garlic and salt. The meat is removed and cut and the broth is filtered.

Chop the spring onions and fry them in the fat. Pour the broth and add the diced tomatoes and meat.
