Cut all peeled vegetables into cubes and pour about 4 cups of water and olive oil. Add salt and boil with the lid closed for 25 minutes.
Remove it from the heat, add the black pepper and more salt, if necessary and liquidize it until smooth vegetable cream is obtained.
If you don't get the smoothness you want, you can strain the soup to make it perfect.
