How to make
This carrot soup helps a lot with symptoms of upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea. It is suitable for both adults and small children.
The carrots are washed, peeled and cut into small cubes. They are covered with water and boiled for about 40 minutes, after which they are blended and salted. If you want the soup to be thinner, add extra hot water during pureeing - to the desired thickness.
Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, sodium and potassium, which are necessary to maintain the water-salt balance in the body.
The soup is also recommended for diets to reduce excess weight and during a feeding period, also after medical fasting.
For an even better result, you can add some fresh dill or spearmint before pureeing.
Also sprinkle a pinch of ginger powder before serving - it helps a lot with nausea and vomiting.
It is desirable that the soup is not consumed too hot or too cold, so that it doesn't irritate the stomach. If you serve it warm, its temperature should not exceed 100°F (37°C).
It is recommended to eat the vegetable soup in small portions, but more often.
Enjoy and stay healthy!
