How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees). Cut the bread into croutons and mix them with the yeast, which is dissolved 2 tbsp. hot water. Arrange the croutons in a greased pan and bake them.
Heat the oil in a deep pot and fry the onion and garlic. Add the ginger powder and steam it for a minute, then add the carrots.
Add the vegetable broth and fresh ginger and cook the soup for 15 minutes. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool, then blend the mixture and season it with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Serve it immediately.
