How to make
Cut the tomatoes and onions into large pieces. Strain the mozzarella cheese from the water and cut it into rectangular pieces.
In a suitable bowl, mix all of the dressing products until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
Place the tomatoes and onions along with the arugula and mushrooms into a bowl, which, if not very large, leave whole.
Season with the prepared dressing and mix the salad well.
Serve it, by transferring the salad into a wide plate and by shredding the jamon on top. Garnish it with green olives.
