How to make
Boil the rice for 15 minutes in salted water, then cool it with cold water and strain it.
The cauliflower and peppers are cut into small strips.
Add the rice and mix everything well with the vinegar, which has previously been beaten with olive oil, finely ground black pepper and as much salt as you like.
Stir the rice salad and serve it.
The Bombay Salad is ready.
