"A salad must always be fresh and the brandy - cold!"

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2
  • cucumbers - 1 large
  • carrots - 2
  • red peppers - 2 sweet
  • corn - 4 tablespoons fresh, canned
  • basil - a few fresh leaves
  • balsamic vinegar - 4 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons

How to make

In a large bowl, cut the tomatoes into slices and the cucumber, peppers, carrots into small cubes. Add the corn and mix.

Season with olive oil, vinegar, a little water from the canned corn and gently stir again. Serve in deep bowls with fresh basil leaves.
