How to make
Clean, wash and grate the carrots, apples and horseradishes. Add finely grated lemon peel to them.
In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and as much salt as you like. Mix well and pour the resulting dressing over the salad.
You can sprinkle it with fresh parsley.
It is good to keep the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving it.
