How to make
In a bowl add the chopped cucumbers and avocado. Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix it up.
The recipe is extremely simple, it can't even be called a recipe, but it still turned out to be fresh and a very filling salad, even though it can be considered completely dietary.
Chopped spring onions can be added, but I don't think it goes well with avocados. It's completely optional.
