How to make
The garlic cloves are crushed into a smooth mixture.
Peel a cucumber, cut it into small cubes and place it on kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess water.
Transfer them along with the crushed garlic and strained yogurt in a bowl.
The yogurt salad is seasoned with salt and a little vinegar.
Add the finely chopped fresh dill and mint.
Stir the Tzatziki well until the ingredients are mixed well and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
The Original Greek Tzatziki is drizzled with a bit of olive oil.
