Ingredients

  • beetroots - 5 - 6 heads
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • horseradish - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt - to taste
  • vinegar
  • pickles - for decoration
  • fish - smoked, for decoration

How to make

Chop the ham into small pieces. Wash the beets well and put them in the oven to bake. Peel and cut them into pieces.

Chop the onion and fry it with the horseradish in a little oil. Mix the ham, beetroots and onion, flavor with spices and vinegar.

Serve the salad decorated with the pickles and smoked fish torn into pieces.
