How to make
Bake, peel and cut the peppers into strips. Add thinly sliced garlic to them. Season them with salt, olive oil and vinegar and transfer them into a salad bowl.
Distribute the arugula in places on the peppers, do not mix it with them to make it look as fresh as possible.
Place a slice of quality white cheese on the side of the salad and sprinkle it with fresh or dried oregano. Simple, but very tasty and suitable for all occasions!
