  • peppers - 2 lb (1 kg) red, green, yellow
  • garlic - 1 head, large
  • parsley - a few sprigs, chopped
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons, delicacy

How to make

Roast the peppers, peel them and remove their seeds. You can leave them whole. Beat the oil, vinegar and mustard together.
