How to make
Peel and chop the cucumbers, radishes, avocados and peppers.
Finely chop the onion and mix it with the other products and place them in a convenient bowl.
Squeeze the lemon juice and pour olive oil in it. Add as much salt as you desire and a little grated lemon peel, but only the yellow part.
Mix the dressing well and season the salad with it. At the end, add the nuts - raw or lightly roasted in a non greased pan, to make them more fragrant.
Serve the salad as an appetizer or as a company for a well-chilled ouzo. Enjoy your meal and cheers!
