"Salad is healthy no doubt but the amount of unhealthy brandy we drank with it was ridiculous."

Ingredients

  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • red cabbages - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • apples - 1/2 grated
  • walnuts - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • tomatoes - 1/2

How to make

The spinach is cleaned, dried and placed at the bottom of a salad bowl. Sprinkle the top with grated apples and red cabbage, and top with walnuts.

Pour on a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice and season it with basil and black pepper. On the sides of the plate, place several round tomato slices.
