Ingredients

  • arugula - 2 handfuls
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • jamon - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g), marinated)
  • onions - 1 small onion
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g) fresh
  • green olives - for decoration
  • For the dressing
  • pesto - 4 tbsp.
  • lemons - the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Cut the tomatoes and onions into large pieces. Strain the mozzarella cheese from the water and cut it into rectangular pieces.

In a suitable bowl, mix all of the dressing products until a homogenous mixture is obtained.

Place the tomatoes and onions along with the arugula and mushrooms into a bowl, which, if not very large, leave whole.

Season with the prepared dressing and mix the salad well.

Serve it, by transferring the salad into a wide plate and by shredding the jamon on top. Garnish it with green olives.

A very satisfying and tasty offer for any occasion!
