How to make
Clean and wash the lentils. Put them in a suitable pot and pour about 2 liters of water. Add the oil and finely chopped vegetables.
Season with paprika. Cook until the lentils have softened.
Season with salt and boil them for another 3-4 minutes. If necessary, add more water, if it has evaporated, before the lentils are fully cooked.
Serve the cooked lentil soup with chopped fresh parsley.
