How to make
The well cleaned vegetables are finely chopped. Heat the oil and simmer the onions, carrots and crushed garlic until soft. Once soft, add the curry and simmer for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Add the lentils and pour the hot water over the products to cover them about 2-3 cm. Boil, reduce the heat and cook the orange lentil soup for about 15 minutes on low heat.
Remove the lentil soup from the heat. Add your desired amount of salt and puree. Distribute the cooked cream soup in bowls and each portion can be topped off with a sprig of fresh thyme.
The orange lentil soup can be served with garlic croutons.
