  • lamb legs - 1
  • carrots - 6
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • water - 1 cup
  • rosemary
  • coriander

How to make

Debone the leg of lamb, put 6 carrots in it. Sprinkle it with salt and black pepper. Make a roll and tie it with a thread. Put it in a baking dish coated with butter and sprinkle it with spices.

Around it, place the chopped potatoes, the tomato cut into 2, the onion into 4 pieces. Sprinkle it with rosemary, oil, salt and water.

Wrap with foil and bake. Shortly before it's ready, remove the foil and bake until finished.
