How to cook
Wash the meat and remove its membranes. Make holes in it with a sharp knife and put garlic cloves, carrot pieces, a little bacon and black pepper peppercorns in them.
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt and cover with foil. Put it in an oven dish and pour in a cup of hot water. Bake in the oven on high.
Once the meat is ready, remove the foil and bake some more until the meat reddens.
