How to make
The garlic is cut into small sticks. Prick the meat with a sharp knife and fill the holes with garlic.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, put it in a baking dish and smear it with butter. Put it to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), during baking, pour the wine in and turn it.
Meanwhile, peel the sausage and mash the inside. The roasted leg covered with sausage meat and wrapped in rolled out puff pastry.
The edges are sealed with water. Spread the top with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
