How to make
Peel the tomatoes and red onions, clean and chop them finely.
Put all of the ingredients, along with the spices, in a blender and puree them smoothly (add a little water, if necessary).
You can use almonds instead of cashew, but the taste of the meat sauce will not be the same.
Use the resulting sauce diluted in a pan with a little water and protein, if desired - tofu, chicken or shrimp.
The tikka masala sauce is ready.
