  • cashew - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • ginger - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Peel the tomatoes and red onions, clean and chop them finely.

Put all of the ingredients, along with the spices, in a blender and puree them smoothly (add a little water, if necessary).

You can use almonds instead of cashew, but the taste of the meat sauce will not be the same.
