How to make
This aromatic tea is healthy and very suitable for cold winter days. It will fill you with warmth, energy and comfort.
It does not need much effort or a lot of time to be prepared.
In a bender, blend the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and black pepper. They should not be powdered, but only broken into pieces.
Cut the ginger and add it to them, you can also grate it, if you want, to feel it more intensely as an aroma and spiciness.
Add the star anise, sugar and black tea.
Transfer the mixture into a saucepan or kettle, pour the milk and water in and boil everything under a lid for 12 minutes on low heat (90 degrees).
Strain the fragrant Indian Masala Tea through a fine strainer and serve it.
If desired, you can sweeten it with more sugar or honey.
