How to make
Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Put it in the milk, along with the cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom seeds, black pepper and cloves. Leave it to stand for 2-3 hours.
Grate or grind the chocolate into fine granules in a blender. Pour the milk over it without removing the aromatic ingredients.
Put it on low to moderate heat for 15 minutes, add vanilla sugar, then strain the fragrant liquid and pour the tea into cups.
Serve the hot drink immediately!
