How to make
In a deep microwavable bowl, mix the condensed milk, powdered sugar, cream and whip everything very well. Put it in the microwave for a total of 8 minutes, open it every minute and stir well. Every microwaves oven is different, so keep an eye on the mixture to make sure that its consistency remains fluffy.
Once you remove it from the microwave for the final time, stir again and pour 3/4 of the mixture into a greased or laid out with baking paper tray. To the remaining 1/4, while still hot, mix in the cocoa and chocolate chips until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour it on the white layer and put the confectionery in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken. Serve it, cut it into pieces, and store it in the refrigerator.
