How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until a white mixture is obtained.
Gradually add butter, the flour in which the baking powder has been previously mixed into, the grinded peanuts and the vanilla.
Mix the mixture well and pour it into a sponge cake tin that has been greased with oil and sprinkled with flour
Bake the sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) for about an hour, first with the bottom heating resistor on, after about 20 minutes, both should be switched on.
After it's baked, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and drizzle it with chocolate topping.
The Peanut Sponge Cake is ready.
