"A modest but very delicious sponge cake that goes excellently with a cup of coffee."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • sugar
  • cocoa
  • coconut flakes - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured cake form for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 320°F (160 °C).

Once cooled, pour a cream over it made by beating the yoghurt, cocoa and sugar to taste.

Garnish with chocolate sprinkles or coconut flakes.
