Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • protein - 1 dose with pistachio flavor (flour of choice)
  • banana - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • cottage cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oat bran - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cocoa - 0.4 oz (10 g)
  • honey - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • pistachios (or other nuts of your choice)

How to make

You mash the banana. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the mashed banana.

Mix well and add the remaining products without the nuts.

Stir again.

Pour the resulting mixture into a baking pan and decorate it with the nuts.

Put the sponge cake to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
