How to make
Melt the butter. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and mix.
Add the milk, egg, butter and knead a soft dough. Roll it out on baking paper, aiming to form a rectangle with a thickness of 3 mm.
Spread the pistachio cream on top, leaving 1 cm on the sides. Fold the longer side in half and press well on the edges.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) (upper and lower heating resistor on) for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the cake and let it cool, then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
The pistachio cream cake is ready.
