How to make
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat 6 yolks with 12 tbsp sugar to a cream. Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) oil, the milk, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Lay out an oven dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until dry on the inside.
Beat 3 whites with 12 tbsp sugar to snow.
Put the rest of the sugar with the water to come to a boil on the stove. Pour it in a thin trickle to the egg whites, while stirring nonstop with a mixer. Pour this cream over the cooled cake layer.
Melt the chocolate in the rest of the oil and water in a water bath and pour it over the cake.
