How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy cream is obtained. Gradually add the oil, peach juice and milk to them in a thin stream.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder to it, mix.
Add them to the egg mixture while stirring continuously with a spatula - until smooth.
Grease a baking tray with a little butter and sprinkle with a little flour, pour the mixture into it evenly.
Peel and cut the peaches into thin slices and arrange them on the mixture.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) and bake the peach sponge cake for about an hour.
Sprinkle the warm peach cake with powdered sugar.
In a similar way, you can also prepare delicious apple sponge cake or apricot sponge cake.
